where do the monks and priests usually live in a city like Haven?

The monks and priests dwell at the Temple of Sol. Each solar system in the galaxy prays to their respective star. So those that live in the Wolf System, their planets and cities contain Temples of Wolf. On Earth since our star is named Sol, we have the Temples of Sol. These temples are actually home to the priests and monks of the Order. The Order are those followers of the path of light that use their powers to serve justice. They have rank in the judicial system where priests and monks fight alongside police forces or the City Guard, to keep the peace. Criminals are brought to the church and given a sentence for their crimes.

Do Mu Dai train in monastaries aswell? Aren't they basically a badass super hybrid?

Yea Mu Dai train separately in magic schools and when they begin martial arts training they most likely train within monasteries unless they train under a single mu dai master taking on an apprentice.
